Salsa is also a ballroom dance style for couples, however there is also a much more freer and improvised\u00a0 form whereby the focus is more on self-expression, personal style and feel of rhythm, regardless of whether you are dancing as a couple or alone.<\/p>\n

Dance instructor, Leeta, with over 15 years of experience, studied dance in the Netherlands and New York and has taught several dance styles such as Hip Hop, Streetdance, Breakdance, and now Latin dance. Her focus is on partner work but also on Basic Rhythm, Body movement, and footwork.<\/p>\n

Learning to dance Salsa is a very liberating experience as you learn how to control your movements while also releasing energy and connecting with the sensual self inside of you.
