Visiting us for the Third Time are Salsa Professionals Ballie & Ramona who will delight us at the salsa parties and of course teach us some new moves, techniques and styles.They founded a popular salsa dance school in Amsterdam and have taught for over 17 years.

Has been a dancer for over 17 years and teaches side by side with Ballie in several different countries. She is the founder of Latina Loca Dance Holidays to be organized for the first time in Koh Samui.

Ballie AchthovenballieBorn in Paramaribo, Suriname, and basically grew up with latin rhythms and dance.At a very young age he engaged in dance styles such as African Ballet, Hustle, Electro Boogie and Funk. When he moved to the Netherlands he continued expressing his passion for dance. He was introduced to Salsa dancing around 14 years ago.

Over 9 years ago he started his career as a salsa teacher and has taught in a large variety of dance schools in Amsterdam. He’s very well known for his precise explanations and focus on technique.

Locations where he has taught internationally include Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bali, Bangkok and Koh Samui.

Ballie’s classes are always full of fun, humor, the latest information, and you can be assured your skills will be elevated after taking a workshop with him.
